Tull & Price,  is a locally, family-owned and managed real estate firm in Crisfield, Maryland. Tull & Price lists and sells properties in Somerset County and the surrounding areas of Maryland`s Lower Eastern Shore. A leader in local experience, the firm opened its real estate office on August 1, 1964 and is celebrating its 44th anniversary in the real estate business.

David Price, Broker
David is a resident of Crisfield. He has a degree in business administration from Salisbury University and thirty-one years of experience in the real estate business, twenty- five of which he has spent as a real estate broker. He is also a licensed property and casualty Insurance agent with twenty-nine years of experience. He specializes in residential and waterfront properties. Tim Carson, Associate Broker
Tim is a resident of Crisfield. He attended Goldey Beacom Business College and has degrees in accounting and business management from the University of Baltimore. Before joining Tull & Price as a Realtor, Tim was general manager and co-owner of the Pines Motel in Crisfield. He is also a partner in Somers Cove Realty,  LLC, a local apartment rental business and new home builder. Tim is an avid fisherman and pleasure boater.
